Al-Hasakah - SANA
The area of protest demonstrations calling for the expulsion of the “Qasad” militia, supported by the American occupation forces, expanded to reach the southern countryside of Hasakah.
Local sources told SANA that the continuous demonstrations for a week in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor extended to the southern countryside of Hasaka, where the people of the village of Al-Atala went out this morning in a protest demonstration to demand the expulsion of the “Qasd” militia, which has persisted in its criminal practices, and the American occupation forces present in their areas.
The sources pointed out that the people of the village of Al-Atala, south of Al-Hasakah, blocked the road linking Al-Hasakah, Al-Shaddadi, and the Al-Hasakah-Deir Ezzor “Al-Kharafi” highway with burning tires, amid a state of popular anger against the practices of that militia that implements the plans of the American occupation.
For a week, the people of the villages of the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor have continued their protests against the “Qasd militia,” renewing their demands to expel this militia and the American occupation forces from their areas, and to hold the militia leaders accountable, for committing crimes and plundering national wealth and presenting it to the American occupation.
