The Secretary-General of the General Conference of Arab Parties, Qassem Saleh, affirmed that targeting Syria is an attack on the entire axis of resistance, stressing that standing by it is a protection for the resistance, Palestine and the nation in the face of the American-Zionist plans.
Saleh said in a speech in the context of the Arab and international popular campaign to lift the siege on Syria, which was called for by Maan Bashour, head of the Arab International Center for Communication and Solidarity: “The so-called American Caesar Act is based on a number of lies and fabricated allegations by parties hostile to the Syrian people, and that In the context of the declared war against him, in which the dirtiest types of weapons were used such as terrorism, economic blockade, political pressure and media misinformation, but all of them failed.” Human.
Saleh explained that the economic terrorism that Syria is facing is only the other side of the terrorism that shed the blood of the Syrians and destroyed the achievements that were achieved with their sweat and blood, indicating that all this American crime comes in response to Syria's adherence to national constants and the rejection of American dictates and the support it provided to the resistance in Iraq, Palestine and Lebanon.
Salih stressed that Syria, whose people and valiant armed forces confronted takfiri terrorism and defeated the hostile project, will confront this unjust blockade with pride and determination, calling on the international community to work to lift all forms of unilateral illegal measures against it and put an end to these rogue practices that contradict the provisions of international law and lead to Escalation of tension in international relations.
Saleh addressed all forces, personalities, parties, conferences, and unions to show solidarity with Syria and launch a broad campaign calling for the lifting of the siege on it and all other countries that the Americans resort to imposing sanctions on because they stand against their aggressive projects in the region.
