Tariff shields on gas and electricity tariffs, inflation compensation, energy checks, revaluation of pensions and social minima, etc. In order to mitigate the cost of the energy crisis and galloping inflation on household purses, the government has not skimped on financial resources with more than 110 billion euros committed since 2021.

Between January 2021 and June 2022, the French thus lost, on average, 720 euros in disposable income compared to the same period the previous year.
