【Maintained epidemic prevention measures】
1. Mask order
still maintain
Anyone who is in a public place or public transportation must wear a mask all the time when re-entering the listed premises. Eating, medication, etc. can be exempted. Wedding banquet venues and event venues can also take off the mask for a while to take photos on stage, and country parks or sports are also allowed. Exempted.
Anyone who violates the statutory requirement to wear a mask commits an offense and is liable to a fixed penalty of $5,000.
2. Isolation order for confirmed cases

The isolation arrangements for confirmed cases remain unchanged.
Citizens are required to stay in community isolation facilities or home isolation after being diagnosed, and test negative for two consecutive days at the earliest on the fourth and fifth day before they can report the test results and leave the isolation place.

3. Quick test for students

Retained elementary school and kindergarten students still need to take a quick test when they return to school every day, and middle school students do not need to take a quick test.
【Cancelled epidemic prevention measures】
1. Vaccine passport
Cancel.
Repeal the "Vaccination Permit" regulation (Cap. 599L), including the temporary permit arrangement for people arriving in Hong Kong.
In other words, there are no vaccination requirements for entering and exiting all places, and anyone can go to restaurants, theaters and other listed places.
2. Gathering restrictions
Cancel.
Cancel all social distance measures, no longer limit the number of people gathered, the number of people at the table, and no longer maintain a distance of 1.5 meters.

3. Arrival inspection

People from overseas, the mainland, Macau and Taiwan no longer need to perform mandatory nucleic acid testing on or after arrival in Hong Kong, and instead have a health monitoring recommendation to quickly test on their own until the fifth day.
4. Quarantine order for close contacts
Cancel.
No isolation is required.
5. Strong inspection building
Cancel.
The Department of Health will cancel the quarantine order issued earlier. People who are currently quarantined at their residences and quarantine facilities will not need to continue to quarantine from tomorrow.
