They always say animals steal the show, but what if it's an animal painted like Pikachu?
In this case, the animal will indeed steal the show - but for all the wrong reasons.
• Worrying: dramatic decrease in the number of bears in the "polar bear capital"
• The animals are also affected: because of the high cost of living - a dramatic decrease in the adoption of animals in Israel
• After being injured and rehabilitated: 5 sea turtles were released back into the wild
A puppy that was painted to look like the beloved Pokemon has caused great outrage among internet surfers for its owner.
In the video, which was taken during a basketball game between the NBA teams Miami Heat and Minnesota Timberwolves, the dog is seen with his cheeks painted red and his fur dyed yellow, just like Pikachu.
The broadcasters of the game sound amazed by the dog's colors, when one of them says: "What the hell is this?".
The second broadcaster added: "I'm not sure the dog agreed to this paint job."

After the video went viral, many netizens responded to it saying that it was animal abuse.
According to them, the paint used by the owner of the dog is not suitable for animals - but for humans, which could cause him irreparable damage, and even cause him to get cancer.
One commenter wrote: "The owner of this animal should be put in jail, he should be behind bars", while another surfer commented: "What a poor dog".
It is interesting to note that PETA (an American organization working for the ethical treatment of animals), devoted an entire page to explaining why pet owners should not paint them.
They also wrote that coloring the animal may cause stress, an allergic reaction and even severe injuries.
"Remember that dogs are not objects, but individual living beings," they wrote.
