A 47-year-old man was indicted on Wednesday December 28 for attempted murder of his spouse and then imprisoned,

The suspect, Samir BC, is of Spanish nationality, tells us a police source.
The attack took place Monday, December 26 in a residence in Saint-Étienne (Loire), rue Basson.
Alerted by screams from a neighboring apartment, a resident called the police shortly after 10 p.m.
On the spot, the officials discovered a 31-year-old woman, three months pregnant, seriously injured.
The victim had just been stabbed several times in the arm and had two bloody wounds on the cheek.

She immediately named her husband, still there, as the aggressor.
The latter, his hands in blood, was immediately arrested and taken into custody by the police.
