Three people have died after falling through the ice on a lake in central Arizona.
The three were walking through Woods Canyon Lake, about 30 miles (50 kilometers) from the town of Payson, in central Arizona, when they fell into the void.

The victims have been identified as Narayana Muddana, 49, Gokul Mediseti, 47, and Haritha Muddana, according to the Coconino County Sheriff's Office.
Haritha Muddana's age was unclear.
They lived in Chandler, Arizona, and were originally from India, according to authorities.

Emergency crews found Haritha Muddana's body Monday night and continued to search for the other victims, according to authorities.
"Sheriff's deputies and firefighters were able to pull the woman out of the water and apply lifesaving measures to her, but were unsuccessful," the sheriff's office said in a statement Tuesday.

Deputies then purchased a boat from a rental service on the lake and conducted an expanded search, the sheriff's office said.
All three were found and identified Tuesday.
The incident is being investigated.
