With which travel documents can you go to Thailand?
For tourist stays, the passport is sufficient.
You must have it stamped by the immigration services when crossing the air, land or sea border.
It must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Thailand.
Until March 31, 2023,
the visa exemption period is extended to 45 days
for nationals of 56 countries, including France, Belgium and Switzerland.
This temporary and exceptional measure is put in place to boost the tourist recovery.
This exemption period will again be reduced to 30 days from April 1, 2023.
If a tourist tax of 300 baht (8 €) to be paid on arrival was planned from January 1, 2023, its implementation has been postponed, confirms to

What health measures are in place to deal with Covid?
Thailand was one of the first countries in Asia to ease its entry requirements during the health crisis.
Since October 1, 2022, the country has not imposed
any Covid-related restrictions
.
To enter, it is no longer necessary to have a vaccination certificate, nor to carry out a test.
On site, wearing a mask is not compulsory but is still recommended in public transport.
Be careful if you plan to go to India after a stay in Thailand: since December 24, India has required all travelers from a few Asian countries, including Thailand, to test negative.
