This coming Shabbat we will read in the synagogue Parshat Vigesh in which the Torah tells us how Joseph informed his father Jacob that he was alive.
The Rebbe Rabbi Yosiah Pinto explained in his lesson that we learn from Yosef how to behave in the world and what is the right and good way.
And so Rabbi Pinto said in his lesson:
We find in this week's parshah when Yosef sends his father Yaakov the message that he is alive, Yaakov fears that Yosef may be alive but he has lost the path of God , to be in the land of Egypt in the dirt of the land, a place of the greatest impurity, if Joseph is not in God's way it is not good for Jacob and he is not happy about it, because the righteous prefer that their sons die righteous and not die wicked. Jacob our father heard that Joseph was king in the land of Egypt and was afraid, did he take the The monarchy is by the power of the wrong power or he is a king in the way of God in a good way.
Joseph sends a hint to our father Jacob and says to the brothers "And appoint me father to Pharaoh and master of all his house and ruler in all the land of Egypt" that God made him father to Pharaoh the first step, Pharaoh loved Joseph and drew him close, he was a simple man who came out of the house of the Assyrians and he did not rise in a moment to a high rank , but God put him as a pain for Pharaoh first stage.
After that, Pharaoh exalted Joseph and appointed him master of all his household, a friend of Pharaoh made him responsible for all his household.
And in the third stage, after he was in charge of the Pharaoh's house, he was appointed to be the governor of all the land of Egypt.
And Yosef played this to them to show that his ascension is gradual, that they should tell Jacob that his ascension is an ascension in holiness and in the way of God, not an ascension from the afterlife.

When Jacob heard Joseph's words to his brothers that Joseph's ascension was in stages, first of all father to Pharaoh, then master of all his household, and finally ruler over the entire land of Egypt, he understood that Joseph's ascension was step by step and it was from God, so "long live the spirit of Jacob their father". A one-time increase of one day when you suddenly hear that in one day a person became rich, a person became a king or achieved great success, this is an increase that is about to be destroyed. But when you hear about an increase gradually, it is an increase from God.
And so we also see in the dream of the righteous Joseph "And behold, we are heaving branches in the middle of the field, and behold, my sheaf has arisen and it has also stood up, and behold, your sheaves will turn, and your heads will be joined to my sheaf."
Joseph's dream was also gradual, not all at once that Joseph reaches the rank that everyone bows down to, but gradually, first rank from the hemlocks in the middle of the field, second rank and behold he stood up and also stood, and then and here he was standing, and then, behold, he turned to the hemlocks, and therefore when you heard the dream, you heard the dream, because Jacob also bowed down to God. It was gradual.
And so you also see in my time the sun that shines, it rises little by little it does not rise all at once as soon as the morning comes the sun shines in all its strength and glory.
And also different in times of decline, when the sun sets it does not set at once, but sets slowly.
And so also at the time of the fall when God brings man down, the children of Israel when they were in the land of Egypt, our father Jacob died, the servitude began a little, the tribes died, the slavery continued, all the seventy souls who went down to Egypt died, then the servitude began strong with the people of Israel. Everything from God In good and bad it comes gradually, it rises once and falls once, this is from the afterlife and from the forces of impurity.
Therefore, when you see a person who rose in one day, you should be careful of this rise, and so should a person who fell in one day.
In God's words, God gives man a time to rise gradually and a time to fall gradually.
When going up and down come to a person in these stages from God, and there is salvation and success and a good thing for a person.
