Incited minors to commit indecent acts themselves and threatened to send their videos:
Today (Thursday) the Cyber Department of the State Attorney's Office submitted to the Central District Court an indictment against Tamir Nazarov (19) from Yavneh, who committed sexual offenses against nine minors between the ages of 12 and 15 via Instagram and WhatsApp.
According to the indictment filed by attorney Alexandra Kara, from December 2021 to October 2022, Nazarov contacted the minors using the "Noni Chat" application, which allows correspondence with random users, who are connected to the application at the time. After an initial conversation in the application, Nazarov and the minors moved to correspond on the WhatsApp and Instagram applications .
During his conversations and correspondence with the minors, the defendant caused two minors under 14 to commit acts of rape and even sodomy as well as indecent acts.
It also appears that the accused caused another minor who was not yet 16 years old to commit rape and an indecent act on her own, after he blackmailed her with threats that if she did not cooperate, he would track down her girlfriend and send her sexual images in his possession.

The defendant also committed indecent acts on some of the minors by sending them pictures of his penis or videos in which he is seen masturbating, sometimes even against the free consent of the minors.
In one of the cases, Nazrov posed as a 14-year-old boy and convinced the minor to send him videos of a sexual nature, later he threatened her that if she did not send him a picture of her breasts, he would publish videos she had sent him in the past.
In some cases, Nazarov had conversations with the minors that had a sexual nature of "controlling-being controlled" which carried a violent and humiliating nature towards them.
In addition, Nazrov had a conversation with some of the minors about the possibility of meeting them.
As part of the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, which was submitted at the same time, Attorney Kara stated that according to the acts described in the indictment, Nazarov approached minors and brought them to cooperate with him in conversations of a sexual nature and performing sexual acts on the Internet, using forceful, violent and humiliating sexual discourse, taking advantage of their young age and curiosity And all to satisfy his distorted sexual desires and urges.
The investigation into the case was opened following reports received at the 105 hotline for the protection of minors in the online space, and following the reports to the hotline, an investigation was opened at unit 105 in the close liaison of the cyber department at the State Attorney's Office.
