An unknown group of perpetrators blew up an ATM in Odelzhausen and fled.
The police are looking for witnesses.
Odelzhausen - A bang shook the town center early in the morning: in the middle of Odelzhausen, unknown perpetrators blew up an ATM on Thursday night.
As reported by the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office, the Volks- und Raiffeisenbank ATM at Schlossstrasse 7 was blown up around 3 a.m. using solid explosives.
The ATM is located in the branch of the local Raiffeisenbank in a residential/commercial building.
According to the police, the unknown perpetrators then fled in a dark car, probably an Audi brand, in the direction of the nearby A8.
The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA) has taken over the investigation.
More detailed investigations of the explosives are to take place in the coming days at the BLKA's Forensic Institute in Munich.

Who in the run-up made suspicious observations in the immediate vicinity that could be related to the blasting of the ATM?
