A man targeted by a rape complaint filed by a 14-year-old teenager has been actively sought since December 23 in Essonne.
He has not, at this stage, been identified.
The facts occurred in Linas, two days before Christmas, according to a source close to the investigation confirming information from the Actu17 site.
Around 5:30 p.m. that day, while on the 95-01 bus line, which connects Évry-Courcouronnes to Massy, the boy told the police that he had met an older man.
A verbal exchange took place.
Arrived at the Château d'Eau station, the boy followed the man into a secluded alley and allegedly performed oral sex on him under circumstances yet to be determined.
The man then vanished.
"You have to be very careful with this case, we are not on a predator who would attack children on the bus, it's much more complicated than that, tempers a source familiar with the matter.
There is a context that is not easy to take into account.
Even if, given the age of the victim, the rape is characterized.
When contacted, the Évry-Courcouronnes prosecutor's office confirmed that it had opened an investigation for "rape of a minor under the age of 15".
“The investigation is still ongoing,” soberly indicates the prosecution.

After the complaint was filed, the police went to the scene for more than two hours to collect any clues and testimonies.
“The investigators and the mayor came to see me, telling me that they were looking for someone, and giving me their description,” says the restaurateur opposite the Château d'Eau bus stop.
He manages the only nearby business in this suburban area.
“On the day of the events, we were open but we saw nothing.

"I take this line very often to go to work, so knowing that it happened next door is not reassuring", grimaces Angèle, in her forties, while waiting for her bus at the foot of the Château d'Eau.
“It would be better for the man to be found, we would feel safer,” says Julio, in his twenties.

Examination of the bus's CCTV, if activated, could identify the suspect.
