The Russian Foreign Minister stated, "The West views the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe as a tool to advance their collective interests, and it has been turned into a propaganda battleground because of the policy of Poland, which headed the organization in 2022, and through its public anti-Russian positions."

They do not like to remember that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action worked well.” Until the United States decided overnight to terminate the nuclear agreement in violation of its obligations under UN Security Council Resolution 2231 in May 2018.
The Russian Foreign Minister indicated that “from a technical point of view, the negotiations to resume these historic agreements have reached a stage in which the main approaches are identified, and the time has come to take responsible decisions, and Moscow is ready for such a development,” explaining that “the search for alternatives to restore the joint action plan is fraught with escalation and an arms race.” And the consequences may be irreversible.”
