On video: Chaos in the Knesset: MKs from the opposition shout "weak weak" and interrupt Netanyahu's speech (Knesset Channel)
Disappointed members of the Knesset in Likud - David Bitan, Dodi Amsalem and Danny Danon, who did not receive a position in the new government - sat next to each other in the plenum, according to the arrangement of the yeshiva.
All three are not expected to serve as members of the government at this stage, and they may cause a headache and pose a challenge to the future coalition led by Benjamin Netanyahu.
Amsalem and Danon, as of now, are the two most disappointed with the distribution of roles in Likud.
Both demanded to be appointed Speaker of the Knesset and refused other offers to be appointed to portfolios in the government. Amsalem only demanded the justice portfolio and also refused the offer to receive the portfolio in rotation with Levin's rival. Danon received an offer for junior portfolios only and preferred to remain a member of the Knesset. Bitan in advance could not to be appointed a minister in the government because of his indictment and accepted his demand to be appointed chairman of the economic committee, but he voices extremely harsh criticism of Netanyahu and his conduct in the negotiations.
Amsalem, Bitan and Danon already joined forces yesterday at a stormy faction meeting of the Likud to elect Amir Ohana to the Speaker of the Knesset, and attacked Netanyahu with harsh and loud words.
He demanded the case file and refused the rotation.

In addition to this, some of the government ministers sat in the seats of the members of the Knesset because the government table was too narrow to accommodate all the ministers, including Galit Distel Atabrian, Ron Dermer and Haim Biton.
A precedent for this was recorded during the Corona days in the Knesset, when some ministers sat in the MKs' seats for epidemiological reasons.
Knesset officials said that the cabinet table is made of special wood, but if the government demands to add a small table inside the existing table "we will be prepared for that."
