“You are going to burn”: Châtenay-Malabry police officers personally targeted by tags and episodes of intimidation

The registrations were taken down on the afternoon of December 28, when a police patrol passed around noon.

Several investigations of the heads of degradations, outrages, and death threats against persons holding public authority are carried out by the Nanterre public prosecutor's office to find the authors of the graffiti.

The prefect of police of Paris, Laurent Nuñez, also recently went to meet the police officers of Châtenay-Malabry to show them his support.

Several episodes of bullying

On December 5, the first tags emerged in two building halls with identification elements of the police officers present during the arrest.

On December 6, around 4 p.m., one of the police officers reported seeing from his home a suspicious vehicle parked in front of his house, with four people on board.

” were discovered, two individuals showed up at the home of the police officer being followed.

They ask a neighbor for his apartment number, pretending to be friends, then locate his mailbox before leaving.

The case continues for the time being until December 28, when death threat tags are discovered, targeting at least four police officers by name.
