The official letter says that it is the power of that section of the Executive to provide advice, security and personal support to Bolsonaro.

The document was issued this Thursday by the executive secretary of the Brazilian Presidency, Mario Fernandes, and published on Friday in the Official Gazette of the Union.

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva will take office as president on January 1 in Brasilia.

The investiture will have at least 65 foreign delegations, according to Fernando Igreja, responsible for the opening ceremony.

There will be 19 heads of state at the ceremony, according to Agencia Brasil: the rulers of Germany, Angola, Argentina, Bolivia, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Guinea Bissau, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Suriname, East Timor , Togo and Uruguay.
