This is the 31st year since the foundation of the Scouts movement's core project, and so far the program has provided a support system for more than 6500 lone immigrant soldiers.

These are about 400 new immigrants every year who have served full military service in significant positions as fighters and combat supporters.

The scout movement says that about 90% of men with a combat profile serve as fighters and among women 40% serve as fighters - more than three times the general Israeli average.

30% of the enlisted men and women serve in command and officer positions, 80% of them remain in Israel after being released from the IDF. 35% of the families of the male and female soldiers choose to immigrate after their children.
