Three people were injured near Lochham on Friday evening.
A 41-year-old was to blame for the accident, but a 21-year-old is suspected of having been too fast.
Warngau
- As the police announced, the accident happened on Friday at around 10:55 p.m. on the federal highway 318 at the exit to Lochham.
A 41-year-old woman from Warngau wanted to drive her VW from Lochham onto the B318 in the direction of Tegernsee.
She overlooked a 21-year-old from Warngau, who was driving his black Mercedes on the B318 in the direction of Tegernsee.
Warngauerin (41) disregards the right of way
Due to the Warngau woman's right of way violation, there was a collision between the two cars. Both the Warngau woman and her 47-year-old passenger and the driver of the Mercedes sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
They were taken to nearby hospitals by ambulance.
The damage to both vehicles amounts to a total of around 25,000 euros.
Both vehicles had to be towed.
The Warngau and Holzkirchen fire brigades were deployed with a total of five vehicles and regulated the traffic.
The B318 was closed for about an hour to record the accident in the direction of Tegernsee.
21-year-old stands out with significantly excessive speed and overtaking manoeuvres
Since witnesses stated that the 21-year-old Warngauer had previously been noticed with significantly excessive speed and overtaking manoeuvres, and the damage to the cars involved in the accident also indicated high speed during the collision, criminal proceedings were instituted against the Warngauer after consultation with the Munich II public prosecutor's office for an illegal offense Motor vehicle race initiated.
The 41-year-old from Warngau is being investigated on suspicion of negligent bodily harm in a traffic accident.
