The efforts of the Ministry of Administrative Development during the year 2022 focused on preparing specialized training programs, signing memorandums of understanding in the field of training and administrative development, in addition to completing the central employment competition in public agencies for all categories.

In the field of employment:

– Adoption of the work centers guide for the needs of public entities for graduates of technical institutes subject to Law No. 18 of 2019.

Issuing a work center guide that includes the needs of public agencies for those wishing to apply for the competition and test, after completing its preparation in coordination and cooperation with various public agencies within the framework of the central employment competition.

– Conducting a competition for the first and second categories and testing for the third, fourth and fifth categories in public authorities for permanent appointment or annual temporary contracting, as about 205,000 applied for the central competition from all categories, of whom about 33,000 contestants from all categories succeeded.

Approval of the work centers guide for the needs of public agencies for the year 2022 of graduates of applied colleges.

The return of work in the single window of the General Record Department for state workers in Damascus.

In the field of training and rehabilitation:

The Ministry, with the participation of a number of experts from the Institute of Administration and Employment Affairs in Iran, held a forum for the exchange of ideas and an interactive panel discussion on the public service system and its development in the auditorium of Damascus University.

– Starting the implementation of the “Syrian-Iranian Dialogue Training Program for Senior Administrative Leaders” in the field of administrative development and building human capacities for central managers in ministries and public agencies.

Continue working on developing training programs with the aim of creating cadres and administrative elites who lead administrative reform in various public agencies.

The Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor providing for coordination to implement specialized administrative and technical training programs aimed at those wishing to work for the public sector or those working in the public sector, with the aim of raising their efficiency within youth empowerment centers.

The Ministry of Administrative Development, together with the Ministry of Communications and Technology, launched the “Change Management and Capacity Building” program within the framework of implementing the digital transformation strategy in Syria, which aims to train and qualify digital transformation teams in public agencies.

The Ministry held a media appearance course for managers who follow the Leadership Merit Program who successfully passed the applied research stage, which enables them to learn about the most important techniques of appearing through the media, whether in press conferences or talk shows.

In the field of international cooperation:

The Ministry of Administrative Development and the Institute of Public Administration and Employment Affairs in Iran sign the executive program of the joint memorandum of understanding signed in Tehran during the month of February, with the aim of developing and expanding horizons of cooperation in the field of administrative development and human resource development.
