Paris: a teenager takes refuge in a bus and denounces a rape in a building hall

An investigation, entrusted to the brigade for the protection of minors (BPM), was opened for "

theft and rape committed in a meeting on a minor over 15 years old

", confirms the Paris prosecutor's office.

The alleged facts took place in a building hall on rue Belliard, very close to Porte de Clignancourt, around 10:30 p.m.

The victim explained to the police that he had spent the evening with a young man in Gennevilliers (Hauts-de-Seine).

It would be an “acquaintance” met on social networks.

After a consented report, she tells of stealing money from him, before returning home to the 18th arrondissement.

Realizing the theft, the young man arrived at the victim's home accompanied by a friend.

When they arrived, the teenager was in the presence of two friends.

The young girl was then forcibly taken to a building hall where she was beaten and stripped of her phone.

The victim was also allegedly forced to perform oral sex on an individual, while being filmed.

The exact role of the various protagonists, as well as the context of the attack, remains to be clarified.

The teenager finally managed to escape.

Shocked and with a swollen face, she took refuge in a bus, at the “Mont-Cenis” stop, where she denounced the facts.

She was taken care of by firefighters and taken to Bichat hospital.

No suspect has been arrested so far.
