Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced today that Russia's victory in its special military operation to protect the Donbass region from the oppression of the Kyiv regime is inevitable.
Shoigu said in a statement published by the Russian Ministry of Defense - during which he congratulated the Russian armed forces on the New Year - that "the past year was full of immortal deeds and heroism in the fight against neo-Nazism and terrorism," stressing that "the soldiers of the armed forces carry out the most difficult tasks during the special military operation.
This operation is a protection not only of Russia's great history, but also of its bright future.
Shoigu added: “Our victory, of course, like the New Year, is inevitable,” extending thanks and appreciation to the members of the Russian Armed Forces for all their sacrifices.
