Because the career of the singer – who has still sold more than 15 million albums – is made of ups and downs.
Born November 6, 1961, Florent Pagny grew up between Burgundy and Haute-Savoie, surrounded by three brothers and sisters.
His baritone voice led him to the Levallois-Perret Conservatory, even if he, who grew up listening to Michel Sardou, Johnny or Gérard Lenorman, imagines himself more of a popular singer.
In the early 80s, he crossed paths with Dominique Besnehard and tried his luck in various castings.
