The Poing police had to deal with fires and a weird bicycle accident on New Year's Eve

- Participating in traffic while drunk can also go wrong with a bicycle - that is one of the findings from the New Year's balance sheet of the Poing police.
In addition, there was high property damage due to fireworks being ignited.
Drunk on the bike through Poing: Face against a mobile home - 2000 euros property damage
Two Munich residents aged 19 and 21 rode together on a bicycle from a celebration in Poing in the direction of the S-Bahn station.
According to the police, while driving through New Year's Eve, they probably grazed a parked mobile home because of their alcohol consumption and caused property damage of around 2,000 euros.
"One of the two gentlemen was also slightly injured in the face, but did not require medical treatment," the officials report.

The two drunk cyclists had to be taken to the police station for blood to be taken as evidence.
After the necessary measures, she was released from there.
Both are now awaiting criminal proceedings for endangering road traffic.
Containers burn in Forstinning and Markt Schwaben
The police and fire brigade rushed to burning containers on New Year's Eve in Forstinning and Markt Schwaben.
In Forstinning, two containers burned at around 0.30 a.m. at the recycling center on Straßhamer Straße.
In Markt Schwaben, around 1:30 a.m., several containers burned on Von-Kobell-Strasse and Enzensberger Strasse.
The officials assume that unknown perpetrators were busy with fireworks.
In Forrstinning, the estimated property damage is around 2500 euros, in Markt Schwaben it is at least 8000 euros.
"If you have any information about the perpetrator, contact your local police on 08121/9917-0," asks the Poing inspection.
