From the police point of view, the turn of the year was relatively quiet.
There was a fire in Kochel and an injury in Bad Tölz.
Kochel am See – The new year did not start very well for a 49-year-old from Kochler.
Around 12:15 a.m., the property's hedge caught fire.
The fire was probably started by a firework.
The victim's Audi A6, parked next door, was scorched on the right side by the fire.

Neighbors extinguish with the garden hose, fire brigade on duty
"Even before our forces arrived, the residents and neighbors were able to smother the flames with a garden hose and powder extinguisher," wrote the Kochel fire brigade on their Facebook page.
“We checked the hedge, the car and the house next door using a thermal imaging camera.
Follow-up measures were also taken.
After an hour, the mission was over for us.”
Tölzer beaten by several strangers
At around 3:45 a.m., the police had to move out to Tölzer Amortplatz.
