Numerous accidents were registered in Germany on New Year's Eve.

A 17-year-old died when using pyrotechnics, two men were severed limbs.

Munich/Berlin – For the first time since 2019, numerous people in Germany celebrated New Year's Eve without restrictions caused by the pandemic.

At least in Berlin, this led to "significantly" more missions than in the past two years.

Bad accidents occurred in several cities, in Berlin emergency services were attacked and fireworks were fired at them.
