Maintenance workshops at the General Corporation for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda restored 8 wells to service, after repairing and maintaining them.

Samih Nasr, Director of Maintenance and Investment at the Corporation, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that the wells that were repaired over the past week after their failure for technical reasons included Atil 5, Al-Thala station 19 and 9, Al-Raha 6 and 4, Masad 2, Umm Al-Rumman 1, and Rima Al-Lahf 4, indicating that It was reinvested by the economic units supervising its work to secure drinking water for citizens in the beneficiary villages.

And Eng. Nasr indicated that over the past month, 1,273 meters for household subscriptions were also installed to serve citizens within the new properties in the governorate square, in addition to the repair and maintenance of 574 meters.
