Chef Noémie Honiat, former candidate for "Top Chef", joins the successful show alongside Norbert Tarayre and Bruno Cormerais in their baker's tour of France.

The arrival of Noémie Honiat

To celebrate this anniversary as it should, the program has been full of novelties with, first of all, the arrival of Noémie Honiat.

This trained pastry chef, who works as a chef and caterer in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, is well known to cooking fans.

She indeed participated in season 3 of “Top chef” – where she met Norbert Tarayre – then in season 5.

We became friends and since then we have had a brotherly relationship.

A new role for Norbert

As always, these bakers will be judged on their shop, their specialty and their favorite bread.

They will then have to take up

during which they must make a creation based on a local product chosen by the juror, which will now only appear in this event (and during the final week).

“For personal reasons, I had to move to be with my children

M6 then had the idea of ​​inviting Noémie to join us.

This year, I am therefore going to meet local producers but also former participants of the program.

I launch the last challenge of the show in which I impose a product on the bakers.

Discovering Reunion Island

Bruno Cormerais discovered Noémie during the show.

And the feeling immediately passed between them.

“I didn't see the 19 weeks of filming go by.

Noémie brings a different eye.

It is more focused on pastry, which allows us to be complementary in the work”

Last year, Bruno Cormerais and Norbert Tarayre had, for the first time, visited bakeries in countries bordering France.

This time, they went to discover a French region still unseen in the program: Reunion Island!
