But between two celebrity women it seems to crack even before the 16th jungle camp season: Tessa Bergmeier counters critical words from Verena Kerth online.

Munich – You don't have to be vegan to quickly reach your limits in the jungle camp, but given the disgust tests that lurk in the Australian bush, this lifestyle shouldn't exactly be conducive.

Nevertheless, with GNTM model Tessa Bergmeier (33), a convinced vegan dares to "I'm a star – get me out of here!"

Exactly this attitude bothers competitor Verena Kerth (41).

From January 13, the 12 jungle camp candidates will have little to spare for the 16th "I'm a star – get me out of here!" season.

In the

interview, Tessa Bergmeier is courageous in advance: "I used to think that if I couldn't eat the animals there, I didn't need to go into the jungle.

It's fine with me now and I feel mature enough not to bring stars to camp if I don't want to eat something.” For her competitors, however, the 33-year-old's vegan lifestyle could also mean long days of starvation.

Even before the start of "I'm a star – get me out of here!" (January 13), Tessa Bergmeier has to justify her vegan lifestyle.

TV and radio presenter Verena Kerth would like to put a stop to such behavior, as she reveals in the AZ interview: “I will still be happy with Tessa.

I don't know her personally yet, but I might have to settle an ax with her.

I like team players and fair competition.” But the 33-year-old model does not want to accept this challenge – and takes a stand on Instagram.

The model underlines her invitation with the argument that Verena Kerth is "an empathetic and loving person".

With the native of Munich, she wants to "cuddle" chickens and not pluck them - that would give the two the best topics for discussion for moody evenings around the campfire.

But the other candidates are also promising: Claudia Effenberg (57) is also going to the jungle camp and should cash in properly for it.
