Denklingen construction site accident: process date is set

Denklingen/Landsberg – The date for the proceedings against those responsible for the construction site accident that occurred in Denklingen in October 2020 has finally been set.

The appointment was set by the district court of Landsberg for March 6 at 9 a.m.

Four young men lost their lives in the tragic accident, including a trainee who was just 16 and three other men who were 34 and twice 37.

The Augsburg public prosecutor has filed charges against the two managing directors of the construction company.

The charge is negligent homicide.

The main trial was a long time coming – the families and friends of the victims had to be patient for more than two years.

But now the process will finally take place.

In two months, the managing directors will have to answer in court.
