The year 2023 promises to be perilous for Donald Trump on the legal level.
The former president, who announced his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election on November 15, is the subject of several investigations, federal and state, criminal or civil, each of which is likely to lead to legal proceedings.
The main ones take place in Florida, Georgia, Washington DC and New York.
They relate to his management of confidential White House documents, his attempt to overturn the 2020 election, his role in the insurgency on Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021, or his personal finances.
