The year 2022 could have been the year of rebound for France.

The control of the Covid epidemic, a renewed presidential mandate... after five years fertile in calamities ("yellow vests", Notre-Dame, Samuel Paty, Covid), there was enough to say that we were heading towards better days!

Had it not been for the Ukrainian drama and its consequences, all the elements were there on paper to make the past year, moreover rather favorable from an economic point of view, a moment of hope and rebound.

And yet, at the dawn of the year 2023, the dramatically opposite feeling prevails!

The curious feeling that everything is going haywire, that everything is falling apart, that everything is falling apart;

the bizarre feeling that the presidential campaign was for naught;

the distressing intuition that France, on the slope of the great downgrading, has just tumbled a new step and that it is difficult to see what could stop it...
