On the first day of 2023, the new tax reform that seeks to collect the equivalent of US$ 4,000 million per year for the next 4 years began to take effect in Colombia.
This translates into more taxes for citizens and businesses, added to annual inflation above 12% and increases in air fares, gasoline, imported clothing, and restaurant and bar services, among others.
