An IDF soldier who was killed by a bullet, Corporal Baruch Kabrata, will be laid to rest today (Tuesday) at Segula Cemetery in Petah Tikva.
According to a preliminary investigation, the IDF believes that the incident took place around midnight in one of the soldiers' rooms in the Anatot camp. Apparently, the soldier was killed by a bullet fired from the weapon of another soldier who was staying with him in the living room, and he was arrested as part of an IDF investigation that opened about the incident.
Apparently, other soldiers were in the room with them and witnessed the tragic incident.
A relative said: "Baruch was supposed to go to the officers' course. He had a lot of motivation. He was a charming guy. He was the pillar of the family. He helped the family a lot."
Regarding the incident in which Baruch fell, the relative said: "We were told that another soldier shot him. We are sure that the soldier who shot did not do it on purpose. We understand that he is also poor."
