A property owner is planning the construction of three multi-family houses on Angerweg in the municipality of Warngau.

Details are regulated in the development plan.

Warngau

– In its retreat, the Warngau municipal council “given enough thought,” emphasized Mayor Klaus Thurnhuber (FWG) at the committee’s most recent meeting.

There it was only a matter for the members to record the results in a resolution: The housing project on Angerweg should be regulated with a development plan.

Three houses, 20 apartments: the "Staiger Anger" project is taking shape

The plan is to be developed together with the owners, taking into account social, economic, environmental protection and building culture factors, and will be called "Staiger Anger".

Behind the decision is a block around the Angerweg 9 property, on which 20 rental apartments with a size of between 50 and 80 square meters are to be built in three apartment buildings.

The construction project is planned in a regional style.

Thurnhuber emphasized that it was about a "moderate development".

As reported, four apartment buildings with 30 residential units were already being considered in the past.

Irrespective of the initial reluctance of the municipal council, the developer reduced his plans at his own request.

The municipal council decides to draw up a development plan

The costs for the development plan, which the municipal administration will now draw up, are borne by the property owners.

According to building official Carola Schmidt, part of the plan is also a mandatory playground.

This is mandatory for new construction projects with more than three residential units.

"The size will not change anymore," said Thurnhuber.

The exact dimensioning of the individual apartments is still in flux.

Minor changes are therefore to be expected.

As well as for the preparation of the development plan, the municipal council members also voted unanimously for a ban on changes to the associated floor numbers.

This stipulates that the municipality can prevent the construction of structures during the period of preparation if these would conflict with the specifications of the future development plan.
