There are people who destroy every houseplant.
But they probably won't buy a new one either.
But if you like to have some living green in your own four walls and meet a few minimally complex requirements in terms of location and care, the plants in the picture gallery can be a beautiful sight for a long time, even without a green thumb.
In addition to cacti, which are known to not need much care, there are a wide variety of robust indoor plants from small succulents to large palm trees, which all usually only need a little water and like to be left alone.
