A small bag of peelings and leftover meals hanging from the handlebars, it is by scooter that Jamela got into the habit of reaching one of the 29 terminals for the voluntary contribution of food waste, installed at Clos-Saint-Lazare, in Stains (Seine-Saint-Denis).
“It's five minutes from my house, I go there every day.
It's all the easier because it's on my way, ”explains the 36-year-old mother, who runs a business in this popular district of 2,200 housing units, in the midst of urban renewal.
