An indictment against Mordechai Abrahami, a former police officer in the cyber department of the police, was submitted today (Tuesday) by the police to the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court. This was after he photographed women on several occasions without their consent. In addition, Abrahami had hundreds of photos with pornographic content of minors on his phone.
According to the indictment, on several occasions the policeman took pictures through the window of his house of women living in the adjacent building and also took pictures of women in the public space without their knowledge and consent.
In addition, the defendant had on his cell phone, hundreds of images with pornographic content, among others, images in which minors are observed involved in sexual activity.
As part of the investigation of the accused in the police investigation department, he was released under restrictive conditions by the decision of the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court and he was forbidden to have direct or indirect contact with the women mentioned in his investigation.
Despite this, the accused corresponded using the messaging application "Telegram" with a young woman with whom he had a sexual relationship and who corresponded with him under a false name, and this when he knew that it was her, even though he knew that he was not allowed to be in contact with her.
As part of the correspondence, the accused asked her that if they called her, she would tell them that they were not in touch.
The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of crimes of invasion of privacy, publication and display of obscenity, impeachment in an investigation and violation of a legal order.
