The inflation rate slowed down in December.
Nevertheless, it remains at a comparatively high level of 8.6 percent.
Wiesbaden – The rise in inflation in Germany slowed down at high levels in December 2022.
Consumer prices increased by 8.6 percent compared to the same month last year, as the Federal Statistical Office announced on Tuesday based on preliminary data.
The inflation rate was 10.0 percent in November and 10.4 percent in October.
