Shop window smashed: burglars make expensive loot in mobile phone shop

The series of burglaries in the district of Ebersberg continues: Last night, a hitherto unknown person entered a mobile phone shop in Ebersberg.
The perpetrator was able to capture at least ten smartphones.

– In the early morning hours of January 3, the officers from the Ebersberg police station had to move out again because of a burglary.
But this time in the county seat.
According to the police report, a previously unknown person gained access to the cell phone shop in the Altstattpassage in Ebersberg.
The perpetrator smashed the shop window with a cobblestone.
Extent of robbery not yet known
The burglar climbed in through the resulting hole in the window.
Arriving at the store, the stranger plundered the checkout and storage area.
As the officials from the Ebersberg Police Inspectorate reported, the perpetrator stole at least ten high-quality smartphones during his robbery before he left the store via the emergency exit.
The exact amount of the property damage caused has not yet been determined.
Not the first burglary in the county
And this case is not the first.
Since the past New Year's Eve weekend, the Ebersberg and Poing police stations have repeatedly reported break-ins, primarily in the northern and western districts of Ebersberg.
It started with two burglaries in a residential area in Kirchseeon on December 30th.
Others followed: On New Year's Eve, an unknown person gained access to a bus company in Swabia.
Shortly thereafter, a perpetrator in Poing climbed into an apartment in an apartment building.
For New Year's Eve, the officials reported another burglary in a family home in Markt Schwaben.
