There were a number of accidents before midnight.
There were also numerous attacks on officials.
Fire brigade, police and politicians are shocked.

The scene looks like something out of a movie from The Purge series.
In the fictional film world, all laws are overridden one night of the year and chaos reigns.
The numerous reports on New Year's Eve also remind us of this.
A spokesman for the Berlin police union shared a video from the scandal night on Twitter.
It shows a person firing a flared pistol through the open window of an empty police car.
"It's only three seconds, but it says a lot about our highly developed species," writes spokesman Benjamin Jendro.
Focus.de
further reported to Jendro that in another case a police officer was shot under the vest with a pistol.
"The colleague suffered third-degree burns," the union spokesman is quoted as saying.
Another colleague was thrown at with pyrotechnics and suffered severe burns.
"The violence is unbearable": Dozens of officials injured in Berlin
"The violence that our colleagues had to experience on New Year's Eve is unbearable.
It is a task for society as a whole to clearly counteract this.
We thank you all for your commitment and wish the injured a speedy recovery,” said the press office of the Berlin police on Twitter.
The attacks on rescue workers not only endangered the lives of numerous officials, but also some civilians.
As the
Focus
reports, an ambulance was thrown at with a fire extinguisher.
The windshield was destroyed.
Although the driver was not injured, there was also a patient in the emergency vehicle who only reached the hospital later due to the attack.
The riots on New Year's Eve also triggered a discussion in politics.
In Berlin alone, 38 attacks on the police were documented.
The federal government and the opposition are now demanding consequences for the violent criminals.
The Union faction also suggested that emergency services be better protected, for example by being equipped with body cameras.
