Two important changes have occurred in recent years in the global labor market.
One is multiple careers and the other is a desire for occupational flexibility that will allow for a combination of leisure and personal development with employment.
The new world of work is characterized by flexibility and independence and opens up opportunities for senior citizens to integrate into the field of employment as entrepreneurs or freelancers and turn their knowledge and abilities into a service consumed by employers.
The JoinMe company and the social economic forum of the employers in Israel have set as their goal to advance the process of turning pensioners into independents (freelancers) who offer their life experience as a service to the community and employers.

As part of the "Promising Veterans" initiative and in collaboration with the "Filat" company, which leads a new world of employment, senior citizens are invited to a special course that offers an innovative view of the new world of employment for senior citizens:

" The course "Your experience is worth employment, entrepreneurship, livelihood" will provide tools to deal with the challenges of retirement and see it as an opportunity for development and employment. During the course, the participants will be exposed to the new labor market, while personal mapping of opportunities and careers. The course participants will learn what initiative and entrepreneurship are, and what the economic and personal meanings of a freelancer are, and will meet with employers and entrepreneurs in order to come up with a work plan to achieve the goals in accordance with the personal mapping of each one's abilities and advantages The

course includes four sessions;
The first one is face-to-face and three more meetings on Zoom.
The duration of each Zoom session is two hours.
The duration of the face-to-face meeting is 3 hours.

Course frequency: Once every two weeks
The first session of the course and the participants will be filmed, and the materials will be uploaded to the digital assets of Walla and the Lottery Factory.
Location of the face-to-face meeting: Filat offices in Petah Tikva (Yitzhak Rabin 1, Petah Tikva; "Global Towers" complex, 2nd floor.).
