The "sufferer" is on his way to prison:
Eliezer Dalal was sentenced to 34 months in prison after he was convicted of committing three crimes of indecent act.
Dalal, the owner of a pizzeria known as "The Sufferer" known mainly from the TV series "The Friends of Naor", will pay a fine of NIS 3,000 to each of the complainants and compensate them with NIS 15,000.
During 2019, an indictment was filed against Dalal, in which it was alleged that the accused approached the complainants, started talking to them and offered them to enter his pizzeria.
During the complainants' stay at the pizzeria, the defendant committed obscene acts with them, and did not stop it even after they expressed to him their disapproval of these acts and their desire to leave.
During the meeting at the pizzeria, the accused began to touch the complainant in the way of a massage.
After they expressed opposition to his actions and reflected to him that the contact was unpleasant for them, the accused moved away and cut off contact.
After that, he again touched the complainants above their clothes, chest, stomach and buttocks, and even rubbed them with his penis.

Judge Dana Amir, who was behind the conviction, wrote in her decision that in the verdict she found it appropriate to give full confidence to the complainants' version.
She determined that the prosecution proved as required the existence of the elements of the offense of indecent act in relation to the acts of the accused in all three.
It was further determined that the acts committed by the accused meet the definition of "indecent acts" and their nature and type indicate that the purpose of their performance was sexual stimulation and/or satisfaction.
In addition, it was determined that the complaints were carried out without their consent.
During the arguments for the punishment, Dalal himself shared about his difficulties when he was under house arrest for about eight months, and he was forbidden to work in a pizzeria for an extended period of over a year, after which he was only allowed to work with an escort.
Regarding the acts for which he was convicted, he added: "If someone really feels that I hurt her, I'm very sorry. I only wanted to do it out of help, if it's like an injury, I don't know what to say anymore. That's it."
Two of the complainants whom the defendant approached were minors and the
third a 26-year-old young woman, while the defendant was in his late sixties, and older than the minors by about five decades.
The judge noted that the age differences are clear and significant in the circumstances, and even add severity to the defendant's actions - even if he believed that one of the complainants in the accusation was 18 years old.
