The specialized division of the Nanterre judicial court is interested in four new murderers and repeat rapists, a judicial source told

In total, the pole has opened nine criminal routes, we are told.
These investigations take place within the framework of a new criminal procedure which does not focus specifically on an event or a victim but rather on the overall course of an individual suspected of a crime.
Among these four people, three are concerned by an instruction and one by a preliminary investigation, specifies the same judicial source.
The “perpignan station killer”, the “car park rapist” and others
Among them, Jacques Rançon, the "
Perpignan station killer
", sentenced to life for the rape and murder of Isabelle Mesnange, in 1986. He had confessed in 2019 to having raped and strangled her, then to have cut out her sex and her breasts to erase her DNA, specifies AFP.
Confession that he had repeated before the examining magistrate, before, finally, retracting in writing.
He had also already been sentenced in 2018 to life imprisonment for the rapes and murders of two women in Perpignan in 1997 and 1998.
Called "
the parking lot rapist
", Patrick Trémeau is also involved in one of these investigations.
He was sentenced in 1987 to seven years in prison for rape and in 1998 to 16 years in prison for 11 rapes and two attempted rapes committed between 1993 and 1995. In 2005, after ten years of criminal imprisonment, he was released from prison , due to collective pardon decrees and reduced sentences.
When he left he had raped three young women, two in parking lots and the third in a garbage room.
Rapes that he all acknowledged.

The third criminal tracked down by justice is none other than Pascal Jardin, at the origin of the rape and murder in 1996 of Christelle Blétry, one of the "
disappeared from the A6
".
He had been identified twenty years later, confused by a trace of sperm found on pants.
The killer and rapist Pascal Lafolie is also of interest to investigators.
He had previous convictions for sexual assault on a minor and for rape.
He is also suspected of having sexually assaulted and killed, in 1994, the young Nadège Desnoix.
He was arrested in 2021 and is now indicted for "intentional homicide" and placed in pre-trial detention.
The other investigations already opened by the cold-case center concern Nordahl Lelandais, sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder in 2017 of little Maëlys and 20 years for the murder of Corporal Arthur Noyer, but also Patrice Alègre, sentenced in 2002 to the life for five murders preceded by rape.
Willy van Coppernolle would also be, according to RTL, concerned.
He has previously been sentenced to life for the murder of a teenager and for rape.
