Blue and with light blue checks: The seats in Munich's S-Bahn trains spark a discussion.

Everyone in Munich knows them: the blue seats in the S-Bahn.
The railway now wants to know through a survey how the design is received by its customers.
Munich – "Write in the comments how and whether you like our style!" S-Bahn Munich asks its customers on Facebook.
What is meant is the blue checked design of the seats, which is unmistakable for everyone in Munich.
"We think the style has a bit of Pac-Man," the Deutsche Bahn post continues.
The Facebook community sees things differently.
Survey on seat design in Munich's S-Bahn: "They are not particularly comfortable"
"I find them unspectacular - unfortunately they are not particularly comfortable either," replies one user.
Another sees it similar.
"Hard and unreasonable for people with back problems, not even a small car has seats like that."
It doesn't matter much what color the seats are.
Punctuality is more important to them.
“I stand still all the time, of my own accord.
The main thing is that I can reliably get from A to B on time.”
"Very nice" and "quite good" can also be read in the comments.
One even has a suggestion as to which design he would like even better.
"A checkered pattern with washable covers would have made more sense, if the S-Bahn is parked somewhere again because nothing goes, you could play tic-tac-toe or battle ships," he suggests.
“Group games could be organized during rush hour, entire S-Bahn championships could be set up.
As a 1st prize, you could get free taxi rides for a year and, as a result, finally get to work on time for a year.
That’s how customer loyalty works!”
Design in S-Bahn Munich: Facebook users agree on one thing
Even if they are not the nicest and most comfortable seats for some, the majority is at least happier with the covers than with those in the capital Berlin.
"Compared to the abysmal hideous plastic-covered seats in Berlin trains with their motley confetti pattern, which gives you eye cancer, our seat covers are a dream!" The user received a lot of approval for this.
"I thought the same thing too.
Compared to the ugly Berlin seats, our seats in Munich are a feast for the eyes.” Do the Berliners see things the same way?
"On the other hand, public transport runs at a much better frequency there than in our would-be city of Munich," someone ended the discussion that had arisen.
