Fürstenfeldbruck - Good news for sauna fans.

From Monday, January 16th, visitors to the AmperOase can keep fit by taking a sauna, because the Bruck indoor pool is opening the sauna area again after a break of more than five months - but initially only the indoor area and the outdoor relaxation area.

"Due to the high demand from guests for sauna facilities in Fürstenfeldbruck and the surrounding area, we have decided to make our sauna accessible to the public again," explains Alexander Isenmann, head of AmperOase, the decision.

"The outdoor saunas, plunge pools and steam room still have deficiencies that need to be addressed.

These are expected to be available again in three months.

For this reason we have reduced our entrance fees for the sauna visit accordingly.”

Opening hours and prices

Due to the limited number of saunas, the admission prices were reduced by six euros until the end of the repair work.

The day ticket currently costs 16 euros instead of 22 euros, the hourly ticket is 10 euros, 12 euros for two hours and 14 euros for three hours.

It is open on Monday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. (women’s sauna from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; mixed sauna from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.).

Tuesday from 1pm to 9pm (mixed sauna).

Wednesday to Friday is closed.

Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. (mixed sauna).

Sauna in the winter months

Taking a sauna during the cold winter months is good for your health.

The sauna effect has many positive effects on health and well-being.

"Constant alternation between heat and cold is good training for the immune system," Isenmann emphasizes the benefits of going to the sauna.

“In this way, guests can protect themselves better against the common cold and other infectious diseases, improve blood circulation and rid their bodies of toxins.

We offer these advantages in combination with short journeys and a pleasant ambience to the people in the region.”

Changed opening hours of the indoor pool

The opening hours of the indoor pool will also change from January 16th.

These are then as follows: closed Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
