problematic
” results of the students entering sixth grade, Pap Ndiaye, like his predecessors on the right and on the left, calls for the sacrosanct dictation, still not included in the programs on a compulsory basis.
Recalling that respectively 27% and 33% of students arrive at college without having the required level in French and maths, the minister announced Wednesday on

measures relating to classic things, such as dictation, conjugation
", as well as ' "
one hour weekly of reinforcement in French or maths, depending on the level, in small groups
», for all sixth graders.
It will be provided by primary school teachers.
A way to soften according to him the passage from primary to college, by taking up the fundamentals, starting with reading.
