The defendant, aged 62, was charged with raping X at his residence from March 18 to March 31, 2020.

He was also charged with rape and indecent assault at his residence on a certain day in April of the same year.

X was 19 years old at the time of the incident.

The 62-year-old defendant, who was a salesman, denied two counts of rape and one count of indecent parenthood. The case was tried in the High Court.

She revealed that she went to the United States to study before the incident.

Feeling hard to tell about incest and didn't tell mother

After X was sexually assaulted, he felt "so numb" and took a bath because he felt "so dirty".

She also described such incest as hard to tell, and mother Y had eye disease at the time and did not want to irritate her, so she did not tell others about the incident.

In April of the same year, the defendant entered her room again and raped her.

X also pointed out that the defendant had touched her breasts and private parts in the room, but she did not remember whether the defendant touched her through the clothes or reached into her clothes to moles her.

Treat defendant as a stranger after being sexually assaulted

She described the original relationship with the defendant as average, and she did not particularly hate each other.

But after she was sexually assaulted by the defendant, she regarded the defendant as a stranger and changed the door lock of the room.

After the defendant found out about this, he sent a message through WhatsApp saying that changing the door lock was useless, and that he could just smash the door lock.

But the defendant later deleted the message.

Since X's mother noticed that X's attitude towards his father was different, she questioned X. X finally told his mother about the incident in November of the same year, and called the police the next month accompanied by his mother and social workers.

During cross-examination, the defense pointed out that according to the statement taken by X, she lived at her uncle's house when she was in the United States.

During this period, she was touched by her uncle on her private parts and breasts, and her uncle also threatened to not give money to X.

In addition, X went to Shanghai with the defendant in January 2020 and was raped by the defendant twice in the hotel room.

The defense asked X if she was a virgin when she was raped for the first time in Shanghai, and X said she was.

The defense claimed that the defendant had never raped or molested X, and X disagreed.
