Climate adhesives have now apparently failed with a planned action in Berlin.

They wanted to damage the road in front of the Ministry of Transport with a jackhammer, but the police apparently stopped the climate stickers at the last second.

Berlin - Shortly before 9 a.m. the climate activists of the last generation had published a video of the planned action via Twitter.

The climate activists titled the video with the words: “With jackhammer in front of the Ministry of Transport” and “We are back on the road”.

As Bild reports, the climate activists' plan to damage the road in front of the Ministry of Transport with jackhammers was prevented at the last second.

The climate activists already referred to roads in their tweet, because “The daily grind takes us straight to climate hell via freshly tarred and sealed roads.

We can't let that happen!”.

However, what exactly the activists were planning at the time was not explained in the tweet.

Seen in the released video: climate activists stepping out of a white van, jackhammers in hand.

But even before the activists can take action, the project seems to have been interrupted again.

A police officer appears on the scene, as Bild reports, the emergency services are said to have dissuaded the activists from their plan.

As the BZ reports, attentive witnesses are said to have alerted the police and drawn their attention to the project.

As the paper reports, citing a police spokesman, the activists are said to have planned to damage the street with a jackhammer.

The traffic in the capital was significantly disrupted in the early hours of the morning as a result of the action.
