He added that the Hong Kong government will continue to discuss with the mainland the epidemic prevention requirements it must meet, keep in touch with the Education Bureau, academia, and the industry, and announce specific arrangements separately.

If there are no other exemptions, according to the current immigration policy, cross-border students are required to submit a negative nucleic acid test result for 48 hours a day before they can come to Hong Kong.
