Prefer vegetables in January: spring leeks and cauliflower

January is the ideal time to plant vegetables such as cauliflower and summer leeks.

The harvest starts in June.

January brings a number of vegetables: Brussels sprouts, parsnips and Chinese cabbage.

Spring leek and cauliflower seeds should be planted early in the New Year so that you can harvest the varieties in early summer.

Cauliflower can be sown directly into the ground or pulled up.

However, if you prefer him, the chances that he will shoot are lower.

As a heavy feeder, cauliflower needs a lot of nutrients.

Here's how to do it with cauliflower:

• Prepare seed trays with special potting soil and sow the seeds in them in January.

• The seeds must then germinate indoors or in a greenhouse, protected, the temperature should be around 18 degrees Celsius.
